- Implements the Department of Defense Information Technology Security, Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) methodology.
- Manages a wide spectrum of computer and network security incidents, such as malicious logic and denial of service (DoS) attacks. Forwards strictly formatted status reports to higher Navy echelons.
- Monitors online network activity, reviews audit logs for security anomalies.
- Distributes system patch mandates, and tracks system configuration compliance in rapidly changing environment. Uses complex software applications to run automated systems scans.
- Assesses new computer security technologies and recommends viable solutions.
- Protects base classified systems according to strict DoD security standards.
Three to five years experience. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance required.
Maintain Web sites that store materials such as: monitoring database activity, posting various types of data, extracting transform and loading data from dozens of local district users, conducting performance tuning of database, and replicating and synchronizing data between several SQL server and Oracle databases
- Post various kinds of materials on the Web site (Including but not limited to: text, photos, and video)
- Develops database programs for statewide information systems, which includes creating tables, views, stored procedures, and other related information that consolidates, standardizes, and processes data
- Knowledge of html, visual basic and MS Visual Studio.net

- Experience: Five years of related information technology experience
In this challenging and highly visible position, skills will be required in Systems Engineering and Government Financial Systems. Additionally, must have experience in program development life cycle support, logistics, risk management, proposal writing and staff and subcontract management. BS or BA is a must, MBA or Masters a plus. 10 years experience. Must possess a DoD Secret clearance.
Full-time. Assignments in a wide variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, budget analysis, meeting coordination, recording meeting minutes, and action item tracking. Must be skilled in MS Office 2003. MS Project (or other scheduling software) experience a plus. Must work well under pressure and with others. BA/BS degree required. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance required.
Full-Time. Must have Rhode Island State Telecommunications License. Knowledge of telephone systems and Avaya, Mitel, & Centrex switches required. Fiber optic installation & splicing experience helpful. Must have own vehicle.
Qualifications should include PC/network hardware and software troubleshooting in Microsoft and Novell environments. A+ certified, peripheral experience, email products, antivirus software, excellent teaming/people skills.
Qualifications should include relational database design, structuring, normalization & layout. Tools to include Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
Coding tools to include .Net framework, XML, ColdFusion, Active Server Pages (ASP), Dreamweaver, & Javascript.
