Seaport II/Enhanced Web Site The purpose of this website is to communicate with current and potential customers regarding the ability of the SRM Team to provide world-class professional support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, Warfare Centers and Field Activities, utilizing the NAVSEA Seaport Enhanced Contract. Additionally, the SRM Team may provide limited support under this contract to other DOD, non-DOD, or Joint Agencies for work that is integrally related to the product areas and missions of the Warfare Centers.Systems Resource Management, Inc. SRM was founded in 1979, and incorporated into the State of Rhode Island in 1980 as a small business with local ownership dedicated to providing Government, State and Commercial clients with specialized financial management, information technology and documentation services. SRM has remained focused on our original, regional aim for the last 29 years, and earned the reputation of being a leading Rhode Island based small business. SRM has consistently provided clients with competently trained employees dedicated to the delivery of the highest quality of services. The SRM project manager’s focus is to provide prompt response to client needs while meeting all scheduled completion dates on time. Most relevant, SRM has over 17 years of direct management services contractual experience with the Combat Systems Department under contracts N66604-97-D-0851, N66604-02-D-221C and N00178-04-D-4136. SRM has provided Program and Financial Management, Logistics, Information Technology and Documentation services to various programs and line organizations within the Combat Systems Department. Some of these include the PMS 425 Program Office (and its predecessor the CCS Mk2 Program Office); the PMS 450 Program Office (particularly in regard to the Virginia Class Program Office); the SEA 92 Program Office (particularly Submarine and Surface Training Programs), the Systems Readiness Division, and the Advanced Systems Division. Some examples of management support for Code 25 include: Annual Program Task Statements that define technical tasking, schedule, funding levels and reporting requirements; Action Item Tracking to ensure program actions are completed on schedule; Sponsor Progress Reports documenting technical progress; Financial Management including tracking of funding expended and milestones achieved; maintenance of processMax data to support CMM process implementation; complete Database Management; and Conference Planning. In addition, SRM has recently provided technical publication, documentation and computer graphics support to the Underwater Sound Reference Division (USRD) of the Submarine Sonar Department. For the past eight years, SRM has supported the Engineering, Ranges, Engineering and Analysis Department (Code 70) under contracts N66604-01-D-191C, N66604-02-D-221C and N00178-04-D-4136. Programs supported include the Soft Impact Location Concept (SILC) Program, the Non Intrusive Instrumentation (formerly EI) Project, and the Dodge Pond and Seneca Lake Acoustic Test Facilities. For over 17 years, SRM has served the many clients throughout NUWCDIVNPT under a series of contracts with the Technical Information Division, Code 114 for Technical Information, Photography, Graphic Arts, and Technical Library Services. The most recent contract was awarded on 1 October 2003 for a five year term (N66604-03-D-3055). |
